Lil Koi

Born in the electric alleys of Seoul but raised among the urban rhythms of Los Angeles, Lil Koi is much more than a pretty face with red ink lips and a neon gaze. She is the daughter of K-pop and the old Bronx, a rapper who prefers baggy pants and gold chains over any queen's crown. Her style is an explosion of color: fluorescent jackets and beats that sound like graffiti in stereo.

Lil Koi raps to become famous. She does it because her neighborhood tattooed it on her soul and because every rhyme is a knock on the door of the system. Her presence screams what many whisper: that urban art needs no translation, only attitude.
